Her family includes Masu Yamashita (mother; nee Masu Miyawaki), Tameemon Yamashita (father), and Tomezo Nariiwa (husband). Her home address is listed as Simoom Sound, BC. She was forcibly uprooted to Greenwood, BC and was exiled to Japan on 2 August 1946.
