Scope and content |
One letter, dated April 10, 1985, by Jack Murta, Minister of State - Multiculturalism,
to Henry Wakabayashi, Chairman, Vancouver JCCA, thanking him for his letter and informing
him that the government's position on the issue of redress was one of consultation,
not of negotiation, and that individual payments had never been contemplated.

is the founder of Pacific Liaicon Ltd., he has helped many major projects such as
the Vancouver Sky Train, the expansion of the Vancouver International Airport and
the Metro Vancouver drinking water treatment program.
