Scope and content |
This file contains a series of items owned by the Tonomura family from the pre-war
period, the internment years, their forced "repatriation" deportation, and the post-war
years. Included are: a soroban abacus used for the family business; a small metal
tin case; a metal confectionary tin; a set of Japanese game cards; a gourd bottle;
decorative straw shoes handmade; two sake bottles; a Buddhist bracelet; and a serving
dish known as "mom's special dish."
