Referring to your letter of the 7th August last informing me that the above property is in course of sale, and requesting me
to foreward you Title No. 128424-1 covering this land, I beg to advise you that I
have never consented to the sale and I do object to the sale of the above my property.
I am a member of the Japanese Property Owners' Association for which Messrs. Norris & MacLennan at 602 Hastings St. W. Vancouver are attorneys. I suggest you to communicate with them for any further enquiry.
