Re:- Jiro Oya
I am writing to you at the resquest of the above party to ask that you forward by a cheque payable to the above Jiro Oya, the sum of $2,000.00.
This money is going to be used by this party to purchase some real estate in this City, which will be used for his own residential purposes. The usual application is being made to the Department of Labour for its licence for a Japanese to aquire real property in Canada.
I am instructed to say that Jiro Oya is requesting this money and will receive the same without prejudice to any of his rights to object to the sales recently made by the Custodian of real estate belonging to Jiro Oya, and situated in Vancouver, British Columbia.
