We wish to thank you for forwarding our property sales account sum of $374.64 to the Bank of Toronto here which arrived quite some time ago.
We are sending you the Title of the sold property as you had requested in your letter.
Please may I add that the amount our property was sold for was not at all satisfactory. It is far less that the assessment value of $650. Please let me know of a way to claim for what we desire.
