Although not listed in the directories, someone who was also involved in the case named either Uyeno or Ueno (depending on which reporter the citation is from) does not appear in the Vancouver directories either - perhaps may be in directories from Vancouver Island? - Project Resources: Library and Archives Canada records collected by Legal History, currently in digital repository."
