This file consists of a copy of Justice Henry Irvine Bird's "Report upon the Investigation into Claims of Persons of the Japanese Race Pursuant to Terms of Order-in-Council P.C. 1810," dated July 18, 1947 and marked as amended by Bird. Noted on the cover is the date April 6, 1950 and that this copy was for F.G. Shears.
