This file consists of correspondence and records pertaining to the reconsideration
of the Bird Commission claim of Eikichi Kagetsu and the Deep Bay Logging Company. Kagetsu and his lawyer, T.G. Norris, reached out to Angus MacInnis for assistance in appealing Kagetsu’s recommended award. Information about Kagetsu’s case is included (e.g., amended claim forms, Bird’s recommendation) as well as the memorandum of argument for reconsideration of award
as to compensation and expenses prepared by Norris.
