This sub-series comprises three files containing a copy of Sherwood Lett's "Legal Disabilities of the Japanese (Including the Second Generation) in British Columbia" (1934), copies of a number of miscellaneous research documents collected by Roy Miki, and a copy of a letter written by Etsuji Morii.
Name of creator
Miki, Roy created this archive from his time as an academic and leader member of the Japanese-Canadian Redress movement.
Immediate source of acquisition
The digital copies of the records were acquired by the Landscapes of Injustice Research Collective between 2014 and 2018.
