Scope and content	This sub-series comprises one file containing numerous submissions and briefs drafted mainly by the JCCA concerning offenses to Japanese Canadians during wartime.
Name of creator	Shimizu, Kosaburo created this archive as a minister of the United Church. This archive was "originally accessioned as part of the Japanese Canadian research collection. The Kosaburo Shiumizu material was then removed and processed separately as the Kosaburo Shimizu fonds."
Immediate source of acquisition	The digital copies of the records were acquired by the Landscapes of Injustice Research Collective between 2014 and 2018.
