Steveston, BC. His family includes Nakamaye Tabata (wife; nee Nakayame Sayo; in Japan),
Kiyo Tabata (daughter; in Japan), George Tabata (son; in Japan), Kosaburo Tabata (son;
in Japan), Seishiro Tabata (son; in Japan) and Yutaka Tabata (son). His home address
is listed as House No. 22, PO Box 14, Gulf of Georgia Cannery, Steveston, BC. He was
forcibly uprooted to PO Box 14, Rural Route No. 1, Lorette, MB and was exiled to Japan
on 17 June 1946.
