Kihei Otsuji

Otsuji was born on 20 September 1891. He is also known as Kinyoye Otsuji. He was a rooming house attendant. His family includes Kane Otsuji (mother; nee Kane Kanbayashi), Rito Otsuji (wife; nee Rito Otsuji; in Japan), Akihide Otsuji (son; born on 06 November 1927), Kiichi Otsuji (son; born on 24 January 1926), Yoshiharu Otsuji (son), Asako Otsuji (daughter; born on 08 January 1930), Masao Otsuji (son; born on 11 February 1931), and Kazue Otsuji (daughter; born on 20 January 1933). He lived at 53 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, BC, was forcibly uprooted to Raymond, AB, and was exiled to Japan on 24 December 1946. His listed seized property includes: rooming house furniture, appliances, and other belongings, including 88 beds with bedding, 5 gas stoves, 17 gas plates, cash register, and a sewing machine.
