His listed seized property includes four lots he owned with Iwakichi Maede, on one of which a house was built by Fujitaka Takeuchi. These lots and homes, near the head of Grappler Creek, were sold to Mrs. Dorothy Jean Eager. Two other lots owned by Hiraoka, on the shore of Bamfield inlet, were seized and sold to Frederick George Spiller and Wilfred Cyril Moore.
