Kitamura was born on 23 October 1899. Her maiden name is Hatsu Furukawa. She was a
housewife. Her family includes Shotaro Kitamura (husband), Haruko Kitamura [also listed
as Helen Kitamura] (daughter; born on 29 March 1928), Emiko Kitamura [also listed
as Elsie Kitamura] (daughter), James Kitamura [also listed as Yoshio Kitamura] (son),
and Fumiko Kitamura [also listed as Alice Kitamura] (daughter). She lived in Great
Central, BC and was forcibly uprooted to Popoff Farms, Slocan, BC; she died at Slocan,
BC on 11 December 1944. No seized property is listed in file.
