Frank Brown, Lynn Creek, BC. His family includes Hatsue Shingu (mother; deceased at
time of file), Saburo Otani (father; deceased at time of file), Chieno Otani (wife;
nee Chieno Shingu; deceased at time of file), Toshio Otani (son; born on 19 December
1927) and Kikuye Otani (daughter; born on 14 November 1931). He lived in Lynn Creek,
BC and was forcibly uprooted to Slocan, BC and Guelph, ON. His listed seized property
includes property with house, woodshed, and two other small buildings at 1335 Frederick
Street, Vancouver, BC; and household belongings.
