He was a fisherman. His family includes Yasu Noda (mother), Tsunekichi Wakida (father;
previously used the name Tsunekichi Imada) Nobuye Wakida [also listed as Nobue Wakida]
(wife; nee Nobuye Noda or Nobue Noda; in Japan), and Minoru Wakida (son; in Japan).
His home address is listed as 1207 Stewart Avenue, Nanaimo, BC. He was forcibly uprooted
to Three Valley, BC and was exiled to Japan on 2 October 1946.
