Vancouver, BC. His family includes Ushi Takayesu (mother; nee Ushi Nakamura), Gain
Takayesu (father), Kahoru Takayesu (wife; nee Karou Takeuchi), Kazuo Takayesu (son),
Jack Takayesu (son), Frank Takayesu (son), Roy Takayesu (son; also known as Roy Masui),
and Harold Takayesu [also listed as Haruo Takayesu] (son). His home address is listed
as 1023 McLean Drive, Vancouver, BC. He was forcibly uprooted to Bay Farm, Slocan,
BC. He died at Passmore, BC on 31 May 1945.
