He was born on 15 August 1904. He was a mill worker employed by Pacific Mills Limited. His family includes Satsuki Miyazaki (wife), Isao Miyazaki (son) and Chizuko Miyazaki (daughter). He lived in Ocean Falls, BC. He was forcibly uprooted to Tashme, BC and exiled to Japan on 31 May 1946.
