Izo Sawa
He was born on 5 April 1901. He was a sawmill worker employed by North Arm Lumber
Company. His family includes Kiku Sawa (wife; nee Kiku Okamura), Torakichi Sawa (father;
formerly Torakichi Okamura), Mina Sawa (mother), Masako Sawa (daughter), and Kazuo
Sawa [also listed as Thomas Sawa] (son). His home address is listed as 2004 Yukon
Street, Vancouver, BC. He was forcibly uprooted to Slocan, BC and exiled to Japan
on 17 June 1946.
