The family includes Yukino Nakamachi (wife of Gunji, mother of Akiko, Nobuo, Mary,
Yoshio, and Kimio), Gunji Nakamachi (husband of Yukino, father of Akiko, Nobuo, Mary,
Yoshio, and Kimio), Akiko Nakamachi (daughter of Yukino and Gunji), Nobuo Nakamachi
(son of Yukino and Gunji), Mary Nakamachi (daughter of Yukino and Gunji), Yoshio Nakamachi
(son of Yukino and Gunji), and Kimio Nakamachi (son of Yukino and Gunji). Yukino was
a housewife, Gunji was a self-employed photographer, and Akiko was a nurse employed
by St. Paul’s Hospital. The family lived at 2584 Oxford Street, Vancouver, BC. The
Office of the Custodian form is signed by Gunji, Yukino, and Akiko while the index
cards indicate that this file number was assigned to Akiko.
