Rex v. Walsh annotated Crown brief of a preliminary hearing and depositions. James Walsh is being charged with destruction of a building during the anti-Asian riots on 9 September 1907 in Vancouver. The incident is described as destruction to a Chinese Canadian–occupied building. Walsh was found not guilty.
