Scope and content
Deputy Provincial Secretary Walker wrote to P.H. Moore, the Superintendent of Farms, because the Tranquille farm had bought tomatoes from Japanese Canadian farmers in North Kamloops. Walker advised them not to do that again as it would not look good on public accounts due to the animosity towards Japanese Canadians.
