This file contains an appendix list of proposals for the Post-War Rehabilitation Council. One relevant proposal comes from J.F. Noble of Vancouver who proposes that Japanese Canadian labour be used for clearing land in the Fraser Valley for future settlement most likely by returning soldiers from the war.
