Address from Minister Crerar at a Private Meeting of the Study Committees of the Empire Parliamentary Association. On page 14, he is asked by Captain W.F. Strickland about Canadian-Japanese relations
and briefly describes anti-Japanese hostilities directed toward the Nikkei in British Columbia. On page 16, he describes surveillance and internment of German Nazi enthusiasts.
