Proposal from Osoyoos MLA Bernard Webber to Post-War Rehabilitation Council to use Japanese Canadian labour to erect irrigation works below Cawston, remove Japanese Canadians after war, and make lands available for soldier settlement.
Also includes correspondence between VLA Director Gordon Murchison and John Hart regarding legal fees on transfer of properties from Secretary of State to VLA.
