Scope and content |
A copy of a letter sent by the Ladies’ Orange Benevolent Association to J.L. Ralston, Minister of National Defence, forwarded to Premier Hart, expressing concern about the Japanese Canadian population in Prince Rupert and asking for them to be removed immediately. The Premier’s response assuring that
they are taking the matter seriously and are expecting the Dominion Government to
remove the Japanese Canadians promptly, and a letter to Inspector S.F.M. Moodie are also included.
