Scope and content	This file contains statistics on the BC salmon pack, as well as other industries such as Herring salteries. The stat levels and categories are: districts, origins, values and world stats. There is also information on herring and pilchard reductions as well as oyster leases. Captured for the repository are the pages that list Japanese Canadian individuals and companies operating on the coast. These include: J. Kasho & Co. (Reid Island); S. Tanaka & Co. (Reid Island); Takahashi (Steveston); M. Tanaka (Steveston); H. Tsuchiya; C. Nakamura. Statistics for these men and company delineate the amount of salmon and herring salted in tonnes for the years 1934 to 1939.
