Scope and content
This is the probate record of Shosuke Nakano who died in Vancouver on 30 March 1942. Teiji Kobayashi, an insurance agent from Steveston became administrator of the Nakano’s estate after Kazuo Kobayashi and Kanichi Matsubayashi renounced their rights and the Office of the Custodian delivered consent to the probate. Nakano owned land property in Vancouver. His heirs, including a grand-nephew, brothers- and sisters-in-law, all resided in Japan.
