Scope and content |
This is the probate record of Yaichi Oye, who died in Greenwood on 20 September 1945. After debts paid to the BC Security Commission for funeral expenses the reminder of Oye’s estate went to his family. His widow and
two daughters resided in Japan, and his son was held at the Angler Prisoner Of War camp in Ontario. Oye also had two grandchildren in Cascade, British Columbia.
