This sub-series contains four files regarding a report discussing the travels of W.W. Lefeaux through Russia and Manchura, the report mentions the threat of an attack over British Columbia. The second file contains notes for speeches given by Herbert Anscomb at the Winnipeg Convention, the speech was never given. The third and fourth files
includes the work diary of trade and industry minister Herbert Anscomb, who discusses the "Japanese problem" and various work projects for interned Japanese
Canadians.
