Scope and content |
The minute books of the Vancouver City Council contain proceedings from the main council meetings and standing committee business.
This book, running from April 1938-April 1939, contains resolutions and discussions
surrounding the proposition to impose racial restrictions on business licenses, and
also contains other discussions regarding discrimination towards Japanese Canadians
and other Asian Canadians.
