Dear Sirs.
It has occurred to me since the rounding up of the Japs there might, be some opening
for fishermen off the coasts of B.C.. What is the price of a modest boat, and how
does a crew work with regard to pay, on share or wages, Can one work the year round.
What can one do with $12-$1500?
Any information much appreciated.
With regards
C. M. Graham.

Terminology
Readers of these historical materials will encounter derogatory references to Japanese
Canadians and euphemisms used to obscure the intent and impacts of the internment
and dispossession. While these are important realities of the history, the Landscapes
of Injustice Research Collective urges users to carefully consider their own terminological
choices in writing and speaking about this topic today as we confront past injustice.
