This file contains two pieces of correspondence relating to Japanese Canadian fishing vessels: a telegram to Justice Sidney Smith by J.E. Michaud in which Michaud requests Smith’s presence on the Japanese Fishing Vessel Disposal Committee and a telegram expressing Smith's assent.
