This file includes correspondence and records pertaining to the deportation of Japanese Canadians and Japanese nationals maintained by R.G. Robertson. It includes the following: documents pertaining to "repatriation" and segregation policies; recommendations for a loyalty commission; copies of statements and discussions on post-war treatment towards people of Japanese descent in Canada; notes on R.G. Robertson’s report on policy that should be taken towards Japanese Canadians; and the report of the Jackson Commission, dated 14 January 1944.
