This file consists of correspondence and memoranda regarding the closure of the Custodian's office from 1931 to 1934. Included are the office's statements and balances, an
auditors' report, statements of funds held by the Custodian, issues to take up with the closure of the office (there is mention of real estate
transactions still open in the Custodian's books), and other reports. The C.P.R. case is given particular recognition in this file.
