This file contains part 1.3 of the case file for Deep Bay Logging Company Ltd. maintained by the Office of the Custodian of Enemy Property. It includes the following: the requisition cheques payable to Kagetsu, as well as for Tomekichi Maikawa (who owned shares of Deep Bay); release forms signed by Kagetsu; extensive correspondence regarding Kagetsu's Bird Commission claim and award; a breakdown of shareholders and awards to be disbursed to each;
the indenture of Block 274, Newcastle; as well as general records relating to Kagetsu's personal claim and the Kagetsu & Co. claim.
