Scope and content
This file consists of correspondence between the Custodian's Office and the Spanish Consulate regarding outstanding debts in the name of the Japanese consulate in Vancouver. This debt was forgiven in light of the fact that the consulate had itself been appropriated. Remaining correspondence deals with problems and questions surrounding the rental and maintenance of the property ca. 1942.
