Scope and content |
This sub-series consists of two files, one of which contains correspondence pertaining
to Japanese Canadians and the Japanese Canadian Citizens Association seeking the intervention of the Canadian government to recover funds deposited into American branches of Japanese banks prior to WWII,
and the second of which contains documents and correspondence pertaining to the estate
of Yoshinaga Mimori, especially in regards to whether his wife, Kinu Mimori, who was living in Japan, was eligible to receive a portion of his life insurance payout.
