This file contains Order-in-Council PC 1939-3812, dated 23 November 1939. The Order-in-Council
establishes and refines a process whereby enemy aliens detained and interned under
the Defence of Canada regulations can apply to a tribunal to appeal their internment.
These appeals had to be filed within 30 days of internment.
