This series comprises three files pertaining to the International Red Cross, messages sent to and from individuals of Japanese descent in Canada, Pedro E. Schwartz's report on Japanese Canadian issues following his "Western trip," and a report of the Jackson Commission (regarding the welfare and "maintenance" of Japanese Canadians in settlements of British Columbia).
