Team
The team index is an inventory of researchers, archivist, encoders, programmers and
community members who have contributed to the creation of this site. Without these people’s hard work, the digital archive could not exist. Team members
are linked to the collection records they have worked on but the credits may not reflect
everything a person has contributed to the project. This list is not a representation
of the LOI project as a whole. The project is very large and benefits from the efforts
of many people across the country and the world. To see everyone who has worked on
LOI please see the project site.

Terminology
Readers of these historical materials will encounter derogatory references to Japanese
Canadians and euphemisms used to obscure the intent and impacts of the internment
and dispossession. While these are important realities of the history, the Landscapes
of Injustice Research Collective urges users to carefully consider their own terminological
choices in writing and speaking about this topic today as we confront past injustice.
See our statement on terminology, and related sources here.
