to the transmission of seized Japanese Canadian–owned lands to the Secretary of State of Canada, acting in his capacity as Custodian, and to the Director of the Veterans' Land Act; other documents of the Office of the Custodian pertaining to the New Westminster Land Registry Office and the land of a few Japanese Canadians; and numbered land plans, subdivision plans
(including cancelled subdivision plans), strata plans, and explanatory plans for land
in New Westminster, Kitsilano, Vancouver, Maple Ridge, and Steveston, British Columbia.
