This fonds comprises eleven series containing the following: legal documents pertaining to the transmission of seized Japanese Canadian–owned lands to the Secretary of State of Canada, acting in his capacity as Custodian, and to the Director of the Veterans' Land Act; other documents of the Office of the Custodian pertaining to the New Westminster Land Registry Office and the land of a few Japanese Canadians; and numbered land plans, subdivision plans (including cancelled subdivision plans), strata plans, and explanatory plans for land in New Westminster, Kitsilano, Vancouver, Maple Ridge, and Steveston, British Columbia.
