Item is a contract for a farm lease made between Shone Saito and Tatsuo Saito, the lessor(s), and Raymon Bouffard, the lessee. The contract is dated April 15, 1942. The land being leased is located in the municipality of Pitt Meadows. A total of five hundred dollars was paid for the term of ten months.

Michi Saito is the wife of Tatsuo Saito who were married Jan 14, 1939. They had three children together Kenichi, Ryoko & George.
