Scope and content |
Item is an interim receipt dated November 1, 1939 and received from Senjuro Saito
and Kinya Hinatsu. Lot 2 of Lot 3 of Lot 12 of Section 36 was purchased for the sum
of two hundred dollars on the terms of one hundred dollars cash and the balance. The
receipt was signed by H. Menzies. At the bottom of the receipt, the words "Pitt Meadows
Japanese Hall Property" was written in pen. The receipt is attached to the blueprint.
