Scope and content |
The Queen's Diamond Jubilee Medal, awarded to Mr. Henry Hiroshi Wakabayashi, O.B.C.
The medal is round, 3.2 cm in diameter, and silver coloured. On the front of the medal
is Queen Elizabeth II facing right. Circling the outside is the inscription ELIZABETH
II DEI GRATIA REGINA. CANADA. On the reverse side, the queen's inscription is found,
surrounded by the dates 1952-2012, and reading VIVAT REGINA.

is the founder of Pacific Liaicon Ltd., he has helped many major projects such as
the Vancouver Sky Train, the expansion of the Vancouver International Airport and
the Metro Vancouver drinking water treatment program.
