Scope and content |
File contains one certificate stating that the Queen's Golden Jubilee Medal has been
awarded to Mr. Henry Hiroshi Wakabayashi, O.B.C., signed by the Governor General.
Also contains a letter, dated 2012, signed by Denis Poirer, Director, Decorations
and Medals, and addressed to Henry Wakabayashi, congratulating him on being awarded
the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Medal.

Henry Wakabayashi
is the founder of Pacific Liaicon Ltd., he has helped many major projects such as
the Vancouver Sky Train, the expansion of the Vancouver International Airport and
the Metro Vancouver drinking water treatment program.
