Scope and content |
This document is a deed of land. It describes a land transfer from Moichiro Tonomura
to Tsuma Tonomura on 16 September, 1938 for one dollar. The land title description
is as follows: Block 14 of the S.W. ΒΌ of Sec 20, Twp 17, Map 905. Mission. N.W.D.
The public notary was F.S. Taylor, at Mission City, B.C. This document is a single,
legal sized sheet of paper. It was originally folded into four sections, with an outward
facing section functioning as a cover page. This external side includes a signature
from the notary public, F.S. Taylor. The reverse side of the page consists of the
extended contract agreement with signatures from F.S. Taylor and Moichiro Tonomura.
