Scope and content |
This item is a letter written in English on January 13th, 1961. It is addressed "Dear
Madam". From the Canadian Embassy, Tokyo. It details an approval for entry into Canada
with Rieko, Takashi, and Mitsuko (children). It also contains instructures for how
to obtain a Japanese passport. There is a post script note saying that Rieko and Mitsuko
are Canadian citizens so they didn't need a medical examination. It is addressed "Mrs
Kinko Tonomura, 66 Shokushi-cho, Nishino-kyo, Kyoto-shi. It is signed by J.E. Bryson,
Vice-Consul for Canada in Japan.
