Scope and content
This item consists of four papers stapled together that relate to a loan for 100 000 yen taken out by Moichiro Tonomura from the Kokuminkinyuu kouko bank, through the office of Hideo Kobayashi. The first document describes the details of this arrangement: that the money was borrowed April 17, 1959 and was due June 5, 1961. Moichiro repaid the loan by June 6, 1961. There is a small tag attached to this document warning that cannot be reproduced and must be preserved. The second document related to collateral for the loan and is signed by Moichiro. The third further describes this collateral, detailing several residential lands, houses, and buildings. The final document is stamped by the lawyer Hideo Kobayashi, marking the end of the transaction on June 12, 1961. The documents have many stamps and inkan (hanko).
